Job brief

We are seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Cost Controller to strengthen our finance team. This role plays a critical part in driving cost transparency, improving operational efficiency, and supporting capital investment decisions in a dynamic international manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs and variances (material, labor, overhead).
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Manage CAPEX budgeting, tracking, and project cost control.
• Oversee fixed asset capitalization, depreciation, and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies.
• Use SAP for cost tracking, reporting, and asset management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in manufacturing cost control and fixed asset accounting.
• Solid exposure to CAPEX project accounting.
• Experience in an international manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on SAP experience (CO and Asset modules preferred).
• Fluent in Thai and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with strong ownership and accountability
