Job brief
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a seasoned HR professional to oversee the entire HR and Administration function at a manufacturing site in Chonburi, Thailand. The successful candidate will be the primary driver of Employee Relations (ER) and Union management, ensuring operational efficiency and legal compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspect HR & Admin functions including ER, C&B, Recruitment & talent management, performance management and general administration.
- Act as. The main contact for Union committee matter, ensuring smooth communication and maintaining professional relationship with union representatives.
- Develop and implement HR policy, internal control, systems support organizational efficiency.
- Support management in workforce planning, organizational development, and HR improvement projects.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievance cases and conflict resolution with fairness and professionalism.
- Supervisor HR & Admin team to ensure high-quality service across departments.
- Coordinate with government agencies (SSO, Labor office, Revenue department) and external partners.
- General admin tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource field.
- 10+ years of HR & Admin experience, with at least 5-years in a managerial role.
- Solid knowledge of Thai labor law, welfare committee operations, and employee relations practice.
- Experienced in manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle pressure /sensitive situations, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Good command of English both verbal and writhing.
- Strong leadership, people management, decision-making capability, HR strategy.
- Comfortable to work on-site in Amara city Chonburi.
