Job brief

The Regional Marketing Manager will oversee the development and implementation of regional marketing strategies and trade marketing (B2B) for a global consumer brand in the optical /eyewear/lifestyle/FMCG consumer category.

The role focuses on strengthening brand presence, trade marketing (B2B), digital marketing and campaign, social media management, marketing activation and event, driving sell-out performance and working closely with local distributors across Asia through impactful, localised marketing initiatives.

Location: Bangkok-based (with occasional travel across Asia)
Working day: on-site - 5 days working

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with global direction and business objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of Brand Management, including communication, market campaigns, POS, and visibility programs.
  • Trade marketing and B2B initiatives with distributor partners to maximise market opportunities and sales performance.
  • Plan and oversee digital marketing, social media, and online activation across key markets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to support management decisions.
  • Marketing activation and event marketing.
  • Budget control/ management

Requirements

  • An International Market degree or related.
  • Fluent in English & Thai language
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in global brand consumer products/FMCG industries.
  • Proven experience managing global /regional brand and local distributor management across countries in Asia/SEA.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing communication, trade marketing (B2B), digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strong stakeholder management, strategic & analytical skills, creativity, communication skills and cross-cultural sensitivity.
  • Self-driven, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating effectively in teams.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (sometimes) for exhibition, marketing events and market visits
