Job brief

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse & Delivery Manager to lead and transform our warehouse and distribution operations. This is a critical leadership role based in a manufacturing facility in Samutprakarn, Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, and distribution.
• Manage and optimise Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) and related warehouse technologies (e.g crane system, automation).
• Lead warehouse project initiatives, including the implementation of new systems and process improvements.
• Control and reduce logistics and delivery costs while ensuring service efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure smooth coordination of delivery schedules to customers.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and delivery teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and food industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse operations within the food processing manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience managing ASRS warehouse management systems.
• Strong Warehouse project management and process optimisation.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Solid understanding of logistics, cost control and delivery operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Good English (mandatory)
