Job brief
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to lead the Medical/Hospital Consumables business unit. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with strong experience in both direct and indirect sales channels, and a solid record of achieving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance for the Medical/Hospital consumables product portfolio both direct & In-direct channels across Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar.
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies, including product launches
- Build and manage strategic customer relationships, KOLs, and distributor/partner networks
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent results.
- Manage business planning, forecasting, budget and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, QA/RA, Finance, etc)
- Special project assigned by President
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, medical/healthcare or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management within the medical devices/hospital consumables industry.
- Multi-national working and dynamic environment experienced.
- Experienced in managing partners/distributors as well as expanding new business opportunities.
- Proven track record of successful sales growth and team leadership.
- Strong Business acumen with budgeting (P&L) experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Must own a car and be able to travel nationwide
