Job brief

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to lead the Medical/Hospital Consumables business unit. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with strong experience in both direct and indirect sales channels, and a solid record of achieving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance for the Medical/Hospital consumables product portfolio both direct & In-direct channels across Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar. 
  • Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies, including product launches
  • Build and manage strategic customer relationships, KOLs, and distributor/partner networks 
  • Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent results.
  • Manage business planning, forecasting, budget and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, QA/RA, Finance, etc) 
  • Special project assigned by President

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business, medical/healthcare or related field 
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management within the medical devices/hospital consumables industry.
  • Multi-national working and dynamic environment experienced.
  • Experienced in managing partners/distributors as well as expanding new business opportunities.
  • Proven track record of successful sales growth and team leadership.
  • Strong Business acumen with budgeting (P&L) experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
  • Must own a car and be able to travel nationwide
