Job brief
We are seeking a Sales Manager (Renal Care Product) to lead nationwide sales of dialysis machines and consumables across Thailand and CLM markets. This role holds full P&L accountability and drives strategic sales execution to achieve revenue growth. The position manages key hospital accounts, builds strong relationships with nephrologists and hospital decision-makers, and leads a regional sales team to deliver high performance. The role also oversees tender processes, identifies market opportunities, and ensures sustainable business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead direct sales of dialysis machines and consumables to hospitals, dialysis centres, and clinics nationwide where the products/service is served.
- Manage key hospital accounts and build strong relationships with Nephrologists, KOLs, and hospital management.
- Fully P&L of the business unit and drive sales performance across assigned regions (Thailand and CLM).
- Develop and execute sales strategies, forecasts, and territory plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team to ensure consistent execution.
- Monitor market trends, technology, competitor activities and consumer needs to identify business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Medical Device sales, preferably in renal, dialysis or/and hospital-based capital equipment.
- Strong background in direct hospital sales and key account management.
- Experience managing a regional or nationwide sales team (+10 persons).
- Ability to work closely with clinical stakeholders and hospital decision-makers.
- Understand the hospital tender process.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to travel both local & oversea.
